Sometimes due to growth of new hair the style can be affected so root perm is required regularly to maintain the style. For perming different rollers, short or long rods can be used according to the demand of the person regarding size of the perm. Different stylists have different point of view that how much time is required to shampoo the hair after perm. Some stylists recommend shampooing the hair after 24 hour, some prefer to shampoo after 48 hours while some stylists are of the view that people should shampoo their hair after three days. In fact the need of shampooing depends on the hair and varies among hair of different people so it is better to take advice of the stylist who can recommend something according to the hair type.
