Ogilvie foam perms are the best! I’ve put in home perms for over 20 years now. This foam solution is wonderful not only for the person getting the perm, but for the person giving it. No running mess, so quick and easy, and it covers the hair and rods in all the tight little places so well.

This was a great option for me. I have color treated hair. I also am on several different prescriptions medications that effects my hair quality. When I had gotten a home perm the last time I had problems of hair loss and poor quality of curls. This special perm was gentle and yet gave me plenty of curl.

I have used Olgilvie home perms many times before and always have had success. My hair is fine, thin and needed body -which is what I received from this perm.

@antoniouship Hmm. Well I would definetly have to think about, since I live in Florida. That would be quite a long drive for a perm. =)

Sorry this is the only way we know how to talk. ( actually if I try real hard I can immitate a nothern accent and an english accent) Down here everyone in town sounds just like us too. I know it is so different but we were just raised that way & even our teacher sounded this way. Just call the salon anytime and you will hear the same. Sorry if you do not like but there are a few who like this southern drawl.
Thanks for watching, I hope you can enjoy it even with the bad accent

The perm last 6 months or till it is cut out. If one gets tired of the curl it is so easy to remove it permanently by combing this new solution throughout till it combs straight. Then rinse and neutralize, and you can not tell you ever had a perm.
    Thanks for asking and watching

    @lullabykissies
No, you can straighten as often as you wish with the flat iron and the curl comes back exactly as it was, after you shampoo.
    Thanks so much for asking

I just now had time to visit YOU TUBE. Sorry and I hope it is not too late. I think the perm looks great in layered hair. I like the spiral perm for one length long hair. I plan to do one this week and upload to utube. Let me know if you get the perm and how it looks.

    @FancyFarrah
Jeannie’s Hair Company is in the center of North Carolina in Asheboro. I only charge $60 for a perm. Please come and we will roll out the red carpet for any YOU TUBE friend!!We also guarantee you will love your perm or we will put it back like it was before. This perm is so easy to remove and one can never tell they ever had a perm. That is so incredible since the perm last longer than other perms. Thanks for asking and commenting. Jeannie

  11. via321ful

  12. adrieejl

My hair is pretty long but it has ALOT OF layers do you think it will still look nice ? im thinking of getting one tommorow

  13. lullabykissies

If you straighten it does it affect the curls afterwards???

  14. lullabykissies

    How long does it last?

  15. jstamota

You guys sound so damn gay. just talk normally.

hi, i’m getting a perm next weekend at a salon. i told my stylist i want to have spiral curls. i have long, extremely thick hair that frizzes quite easily. Do you think i should still get a spiral curl? I don’t want to lose much length or for it to look like a fro. What do you think?

  17. Joannec95

I share the problem like the girl in the video.

  18. 357vegeta

im only 14…if i have an afro can i do the same technique to have a perm I want my hair straight and long plz help

  19. marlarocks21

i would love to but im in Warner Robins, Ga so its a bit far away for me.

  20. antoniouship

@marlarocks21 If your hair has too much curl, this perm on large rods will relax the curl and it will have less frizz. It sounds like you may be able to relax with this perm just wetting your unrolled shampooed wet hair with the solution, comb, and then neutralize.
I would like to try it myself on you that way if you are close and can come into my salon. I can use you as model and do it for you because there are probably many others with the same question. Lots of Love and thanks, Jeannie

  21. antoniouship

@nwe96 No it will not go straight when brushed dry or wet. You may comb it straight and let it dry that way but as it dries it will gradually curl again. It looks less curly than when scrunched when wet. If you brush it when dry, the curl will look as if it has been brushed-a little smoother, but spritz it with a little water and it looks like it did before. This perm has to grow out from the root or be removed with more solution. Thanks for asking and commenting. Lots of Love, Jeannie

  22. nwe96

if u get a perm done and u brush it thru does it go straight again? and if u brush it through when its dry? does it go straight agen?

  23. marlarocks21

would a perm be good for my hair if my hair is really dry, frizzy and even more thick than hers? my hair has a natural wavy curl to it but not the pretty kind… im tired of straightening my hair everyday because if i dont then i will literally have an afro lol my natural hair has always been like this even before i started using a straightener. Im white but have knappy hair, it sucks

  24. flash658

u look better in the perm rollers no affence

  25. snowbunny400500

what type of perm did you get? it looks sooo pretty! :)

  26. alexisamazing91

wow, it’s amazing how girls with naturally curly hair get perms to make their hair straight and “more manageable” and how girls with naturally straight hair get perms to make their hair curly and “more manageable” lol.

  27. macles1

does it sting…because i want a perm…but i dont know anyone who has one to tell me…

  28. foreverinhisarms0613
